Meeting on deploying assessment plan of JAS-ANZ audit team at the headquarter of Vinacert in Hanoi
From VinaCert, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dung, Director General; Ms. Dang Thi Huong, Director of Certification and the representatives of the relevant departments have welcomed and worked with the audit team.
Base on the assessment requirements of management system under ISO standards and the references for each scope of certification activities in which VinaCert was recognized by JAS-ANZ before, the audit team used the methods such as interview and retrieved documents/records to assess the conformity of the entire contents related to the management system certification activities /products of VinaCert.

On the progressive viewpoint for the quality of the certification services, the relevant departments had already prepared fully to retrieve the related documents/records to serve the auditors when required.
JAS-ANZ’s auditors also retrieved documents/records related to the resources for VinaCert to provide management system certification services and products to the customer such as: Risk analyses, Mechanism of confidentiality, Human resources, competent individual/manager, certification methods, etc.

After 3 serious working days, the audit team of JAS-ANZ with the representatives of VinaCert’s leaders and relevant departments held a summary meeting at 17:30, 26th August.
On behalf of the audit team, Mr. Albert Veltkamp provided a preliminary conclusion and highly appreciated VinaCert’s actions to improve the management system.
"Although there are some non-confomity points since VinaCert is implementing the transition process of the management system from ISO 9001:2008 version to ISO 9001:2015 version, and the management system transition based on ISO 17021-1:2015, compared with the previous surveillance assessment, the management system of VinaCert has many positive improvements in the certification services", Mr.Albert Veltkamp said.

Mr.Albert Veltkamp requested VinaCert to deploy corrective actions to improve the quality of work and facilitate the monitoring activity and document management activity for the quality management system certification activity, product certification of VinaCert and many other important improvements.
Agree to the findings of the audit team on the unconformity points, Mr.Nguyen Huu Dung - Director General expressed the gratitude towards the auditors of JAS-ANZ for being intellectually focused and assessed VinaCert’s quality management system in an objective and comprehensive manner.
"The leaders of the company and the relevant departments shall urgently conduct deep analysis on the non-conformity points to implement corrective actions in order to constantly improve the quality of VinaCert certification activities and meet the competence requirements of the ISO standards for the scope that VinaCert has been recognized by JAS-ANZ", Mr. Nguyen Huu Dung said.
