On April 19, 2019, the Department of Animal Health - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development signed Decision No. 164 / 164/QĐ-TY-KH on designating VinaCert to certify veterinary drug products in accordance with national technical regulations on veterinary drug - General requirements, code: QCVN: 01 - 187: 2018 / BNNPTNT.
The Decision is clearly stated: VinaCert Certification and Inspection Joint Stock Company is responsible for implementing certification for state management when required, must comply with the regulations and guidelines of the competent state agencies, take full responsibility for the results of conformity audit implemented by the company.
Previously, also on April 19, 2019, the Department of Animal Health - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Decision No. 164 / QD-TY-KH on certifying that VinaCert has registered for certification of veterinary drug products in accordance with national technical regulations on veterinary drug - General requirements, code: QCVN: 01 - 187: 2018 / BNNPTNT.
