During the training, Head of Certification Department and Quality Management Representative (QMR) instructed and exchanged opinion with the auditors the following contents: Version reintroduction and updated content of procedures in the management system relating to audit activity; review of prepared audit document, audit plan, principles, procedures and audit techniques; Reports and findings, practice of Vinno software.

Along with training and updating specialized knowledge, VinaCert’s auditors also practiced on exercises about terms of national technical regulations, assessed some contents related to the newly edited and added list. Moreover, they also practically reviewed some audit records.

On this occasion, company leaders and auditors had an opportunity to discuss the findings during the audit process and collected appropriate findings to apply in the audit procedure of VinaCert.
The training recieved various exchanged comments and contribution from auditors
With a high sense of responsibility, serious work, the auditors frankly commented, added, and gradually completed the contents of the VinaCert’s audit procedure. This is an activity held annually by VinaCert for all auditors working at its Hanoi head office, branches and representatives in Hai Phong, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh and Can Tho.
