View of training course
The training course was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Huu Dzung, Chairman of the Board cum Director General of VinaCert. In addition, participating in the training course, there were Certification Director, Director of Certification Department, Director of QA Department, Head of Testing Laboratory 1; Director of Inspection Department. A number of business staff had achieved a lot of achievements in some services of VinaCert also participating in the training course to share skills, contact experience and customer care.
Attending the training course had also the members of Advisory Council with an observational role, directly addressing issues related to mechanisms, policies and legal provisions of each service.

At the training course, VinaCert's business staff listened to Mr. Nguyen Huu Dzung re-systemizing the state's regulations related to the provision of science and technology services: Law on Standards and Digital Regulations 68/2006 / QH11; Law on Product and Goods Quality No. 05/2007 / QH12; Food Safety Law No. 55/2010 / QH12; Measurement Law No. 04/2011 / QH13; Law on Science and Technology No. 29/2013 / QH13; Veterinary Law No. 79/2015 / QH13; Fisheries Law No. 18/2017 / QH14; Livestock Law No. 32/2018 / QH14; Crop Law No. 31/2018 / QH14; etc.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Dzung also analyzed and clarified the requirements and regulations of the law on conformity certification, testing, inspection and verification of imported goods quality, etc. according to Decrees of the Government, and guided implementation of the Circulars of Ministries and branches.
These are legal regulations for the fields of VinaCert’s activities, requiring each business staff to deeply understand in order to explain, assist customers in a timely and accurate manner, and help customers to save maximum time and cost; use properly and fully service and meet the requirements of state management agencies.

During the training process, the Chairman of the Board, leaders of related departments and business staff exchanged and discussed on group exercises to clarify the requirements of the law for the field of VinaCert services; process of implementing services: management system certification as required by ISO / IEC 17021; ISO / TS 22003; the product certification service as required by ISO / IEC 17065; notes for the business group for certification services: ISO 22000 / HACCP; conformity certification of fertilizer, plant protection drugs and veterinary drugs; control of the quality of fertilizer / feed;
The business staff were also divided into groups to visit and listen to the leaders of lab 1 introducing the process of receiving and processing samples, the features of some devices, etc.

In order to transfer a large amount of knowledge related to VinaCert's service sector, the training course used a quick approach method to enhance interactive activities, business staff spended a lot of time to discuss and do group exercises on specific situations, thereby, promptly answer and supplement the necessary knowledge and skills for them.
The training course was also an opportunity for VinaCert's business staff to exchange and discuss skills of finding, accessing and supporting customers before - during - and after choosing to use VinaCert's service in an Accurate - Reliable - Timely – Professional manner.
At the end of the training course, the participants implemented final exams.
