On December 25, 2019, Department of Animal Health - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Decision No. 759 / QD-TY-KH on designating VinaCert Certification and Inspection Joint Stock Company to perform the tests of veterinary drugs, veterinary drug materials with the tests in the enclosed list (23 tests).
Article 3 of this Decision shows that: VinaCert Certification and Inspection Joint Stock Company is responsible for performing the tests for state management upon request, must comply with the regulations and instructions of competent state management agencies and take full responsibility for the results of conformity audit implemented by the company. On the earlier of December 20, 2019, the Department of Animal Health - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development signed Certificate No. 54 / GCN-TY-KH on the certification of VinaCert Certification and Inspection Joint Stock Company registration of testing activities in the field of veterinary drugs and veterinary drug materials.
