Immediately after the welcoming performance showed by Youth Union’s members of VinaCert, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuy Nghia, Deputy Director of Livestock Assay, Testing and Inspection Center reporting the results of cooperation among the two units on the following activities: analysic, certification, organization and participation in international conferences, training courses and activities of Trade Union, etc.

Highly appreciate the cooperation results among 2 units in 2018 in particular and since the the Memorandum of Understanding was signed by 2 units, according to Mr. Phuong Van Vinh, throughing cooperation, supporting each other for training auditors, sampling; test method; participating in proficiency testing; Cultural and sports exchanges ... have contributed to improving the quality and operational efficiency of 2 units.
“Throughing this partnership, the thinking of both leaders and employees of the two units has made profound changes. From common voice in ideas and leadership, the two units have cooperated more effectively to develop together to meet the requirements of the country and society. ", Mr. Vinh said.

Expressing the desire that the cooperation among the two units will be deeper and comprehensive in the fields, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dzung said that this cooperation will be an important premise to build an ecosystem of testing and certification in 2019 and in the coming time. This helps local laboratories and certification bodies continuously improve their capacity to assert themselves, competes with regional and international laboratories.

As the foundation for the cooperation, Mr. Hoang Thanh Van said that between a unit managed by a state agency and a socialization unit that can cooperate with each other is a new issue, If exploited well, both sides could grow very well and effectively.
On the basis of the achieved results and some unfulfilled work, Mr. Hoang Thanh Van has provided some comments for the two units to further promote the cooperative relations, thereby, maximize the potential and strengths of each party.

Along with providing evidence of some achievements of the livestock production and export in the past time, Mr.Tong Xuan Chinh mentioned some issues related to the application of science and technology into operating practice of each unit.
According to Mr.Chinh, along with Vietnam has signed and promoting a number of trade agreements with countries in the region and worldwide, Vietnam's agricultural products are existing in more than 180 countries. Expanding market is not only a challenge, but also a good development opportunity of certification and testing organizations.
On behalf of Department of Livestock Production, Mr. Tong Xuan Chinh wished the guests, leaders and employees of the 2 units for a new year of health, happiness and prosperity; And wished the cooperation between VinaCert and Livestock Assay, Testing and Inspection Center more and more developing.
