To organize the internal assessment on the AC1 activities, VinaCert Certification and Inspection JSC had invited auditors from Accreditation office for standards conformity assessment capacity (AOSC). The AOSC audit team included: Mr. Nguyen Huu Dung - Team leader, Mr. Bui Minh Thuong - Auditor, Mr. Nguyen Tu Tuan Anh - Auditor.

Based on the audit standards including ISO/IEC 17025:2005, AOAC Guidelines and the additional requests of A2LA, the auditors assessed by methods of witnessing, interviewing and reviewing record.

Pursuant to the requirements of the audit standard, the auditors reviewed the document system, identified evidences by checking the records such as testing records (testing request sheets, testing results sheets, testing diary); profiles of ensuring testing result quality (PT profiles, subcontractors profiles., etc.). The auditors also interviewed relevant departments including QMR, QMC, sample receiving staffs, laboratory staffs and asked the sample receiving staffs and laboratory staffs to perform some actions and skills on software. The audit team also came to visit the VinaCert laboratory to assess its facilities and the control of amenities , environment of the laboratory

At the closing meeting, the audit team announced non-conformities of the quality management system and then suggested improving recommendations for the quality system including testing activity of AC1.
VinaCert QMR and AC1 totally agreed with the findings given by the audit team. They would urgently overcome the non-conformities to make AC1 functioning more effectively, fully matching with requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard and additional requests of A2LA.

After the VICB Hanoi Analysis Center (AC1), in the near future, VinaCert will continue to organize an internal assessment on the quality management system of VICB Can Tho Analysis Center (AC2) to improve the testing quality.
