Follow the assessment plan, VinaCert invited auditors from Accreditation Office for Standards Conformity assessment capacity (AOSC) – belonged to the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA) - to accompany internal auditors to perform the assessment.
Audit team agreed the content and implemented the assessment plan.
The auditor team had Mr. Bui Minh Thuong, Deputy director of AOSC- team leader, Mr. Nguyen Tu Tuan Anh- AOSC auditor, and VinaCert auditors including Mr. Lam Van Man, Mr. Nguyen Quang hung, Mr. Nguyen Nam Son and Ms. Dang Thi Huong. The auditors are well trained with deep expertise and many practical experiences.
Based on the assessment requirement of the quality management system of: ISO/IEC 17021:2011, ISO/IEC 17065:2012 and ISO/IEC 22003:2007, the audit team used methods of interviewing, document and reviewing records to assess the conformity of the whole content the of VinaCert certification activity.

With the spirit of cooperation, contribution and progressiveness, VinaCert departments had fully prepared relevant documents and provided them to the auditors upon request.

After 3 urgent and serious working days, the audit team and representatives of departments conducted a closing meeting. The audit team commented: The quality management system of VinaCert for certification activities was still being maintained effectively, ensuring the requirements of the standards.
The auditors also pointed out findings and presented their recommendation for each department to find out the causes and improve the quality with a higher convenience in the records monitoring and managing

Agreed to the findings provided by the audit team, Mr. Ngo Van Nam, General Director of VinaCert thanked the auditors for the comprehensive and effective assessment on the VinaCert quality management system.
“ Relevant departments will urgently overcome the findings for more effective VinaCert certification activities, comply with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021:2011, ISO/IEC 17065:2012, ISO/TS 22003:2007 and the certification scope granted by JAS-ANZ”, Mr. Ngo Van Nam said.
