Participating in the Football League, there were amateur athletes from 15 units: Science and Technology Department (S&TD) of Provinces: Tien Giang, Hau Giang, Kien Giang, Soc Trang, Dong Thap, Tra Vinh, Ben Tre, Vinh Long, Long An and Can Tho; Agriculture and Rural Development Department (ARDD) of Provinces: Dong Thap, Soc Trang, Kien Giang and VinaCert.
Attending and cheering for the Football League, there were representatives of the leaders of S&TD and ARDD of 15 Provinces and Cities in the Southern area. VinaCert had members of the Board of Directors and members of the Advisory Council and staff of VinaCert Branch in Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho participating in the competition, cheering, bringing exciting and impressive atmosphere to the Football League.
According to the Organizing Committee, this year was different from the last Football League because the number of participating teams increased from 13 teams (2018) to 15 teams, including 2 teams from ARDD of Soc Trang and Kien Giang participated in the first football league.

On the morning of April 26, right after taking place the opening friendly match between the VinaCert women's football team and the women's football team of Dong Thap Department of Science and Technology, the qualifying soccer matches of the men's teams took place drastically, attractively by the beautiful soccer ball and goals.
The men's soccer team of Can Tho Department of Science and Technology wining the championship, but succumbing to the VinaCert women's football team in the "Super CUP" match.
Excellently passing through rivals, the men's soccer team of Can Tho Department of Science and Technology won the championship of the football league, however, succumbed to the VinaCert women's football team in the legendary "Super CUP" match.

Within the framework of the fourth VinaCert Traditional Football League Southern Area 2019, there was a lively and exciting gala dinner night taking place the evening of April 26th with the participation of the leader’s representatives and staff of agencies and units.
This was a meaningful playground and an opportunity for leaders and members of the teams to exchange and compete through showing smooth and deep Vietnamese Traditional music songs, borrowing simple and sincere lyrics to bring thoughts and feelings to the participants.

After 2 days of exciting events, playing with the noble and solidarity sportsmanship of the athletes as well as the enthusiastic cheering fans, the Fourth VinaCert Traditional Football League Southern Area 2019 finished in the common joy of the members of the teams.

The tight handshakes, the fresh smiles, the eyes with solidarity and the footsteps of being unwilling to leave, ... were the remains of the football league. This was very important for VinaCert and its participants because cooperation and mutual assistance in work will be strengthened and further tightened through this playground.
The Fifth VinaCert Traditional Football League Southern Area 2020 will be held in Kien Giang Province, according to the Organizing Committee.
