This is the quality management system applied by VinaCert to ensure compliance with international standards while providing certification assessment services for quality management system and food safety management system.
In 2 working days, the auditor team of JAS-ANZ led by Mr. Satish Rao, a technical expert with many years of experience in the field of conformity assessment, Ms. Sona Sharma and Mr Pham Truong Son, interpreter, have conducted direct assessement at the head office of VinaCert in Hanoi.
In the opening speech of the assessement, Mr. Satish Rao expressed gratitude to VinaCert for welcoming the team and informed the plan and the agenda of the assessement. The assessment focused on the compliance of the quality management system which is maintained by VinaCert under ISO/IEC 17021-3:2013 and ISO/TS 22003:2013.
After the opening session, the JAS-ANZ's experts conducted test on the document and record systems to assess the compliance of VinaCert under the planned procedure.

The auditor team also retrieved records and documents related to the transition from ISO/TS 22003:2007 to ISO/TS 22003:2013, from ISO/IEC 17021:2011 to ISO/IEC 17021-3:2013 and reviewed the mandatory document system for certification organizations in accodance with the provisions of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF).
Closing session of the assessement at 18 PM on 26th February, 2016
After 2 working days, in the closing speech, on behalf of the auditor team, Mr. Satish Rao expressed gratitude to the cooperation and respectful greeting of VinaCert as well as highly appreciated the competency and efficiency of the quality management system maintained and applied by VinaCert.
In addition, Mr.Satish Rao informed the preliminary conclusion that the Quality Management System of Vinacert has met the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021-3:2013 and ISO/TS 22003:2013.
Earlier, on 19th January 2015, VinaCert is one of the 2 certification organizations in Vietnam that has been recognized as qualified by JAS-ANZ according to the international standards such as ISO/IEC 17021:2011, ISO/IEC 17065:2012 and ISO/TS 22003:2007 for certification acitivities.
