1. VinaCert shall provide ISO 9001:2015 certification service on 15th of November 2015. There is JAS-ANZ signs on the certificate;
2. VinaCert shall keep providing ISO 9001:2008 certification service until 14th of September 2016. After that, only ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements are accepted;
3. From now to 14th of September 2016; VinaCert is going to apply the policy of ISO 9001:2015 certification as the following:
3.1 From 15th of November 2015 to 14th of September 2018, VinaCert is going to implement the combination of ISO 9001:2008 surveillance audit and ISO 9001:2015 transition audit; Customers who want to transite the certificate need to add 01 ISO 9001:2015 certification applicants before conducting the ISO 9001:2008 auditas the plan;
3.2 If the audits on ISO 9001: 2008 before 15th of November 2015 are comformity, the ISO 9001:2008 certificates are expired on 14 September 2018;
3.3 The ISO 9001:2008 certification which required before 15th of November 2015 have not yet been audited by VinaCert, they could be changed into ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements (after 15 November 2015). If they did not, applying Article 3.4;
3.4 The ISO 9001:2008 certification which required from 15th of November 2015 to 14th of September 2016 shall be expired on 14 Sep 2018.

- List of doccuments of Quality Management System following the ISO 9001:2015;
- Quality Manual or documents which describe role, responsibility and authorities of departments following clause 5.3 in ISO 9001:2015;
- Documental management review following clause 9.3 in ISO 9001:2015.
