Since established in 2007, from VinaCert main activities: quality management system certification and product conformity certification, various fields of activities have been developed by VinaCert so far. Aside with VinaCert’s main activities, VinaCert has made products/processes conformity assessment for both home and abroad organization.
VinaCert activities based on its own code of conduct to ensure the Accuracy, Reliability, Professionalism, Compassion and satisfy the requirements of customers and partners, on the basis of the maintenance of the system quality management established the following principles: Confidentiality, Fairness, Objectivity and Cooperation.
VINACERT CAPACITY
Over 6 years of operation , VinaCert has certified over 1,500 of diversified form and scales customers, from the state management agencies to business organization engaged in production, sales and services... with a team of 70 qualified, high experienced auditors and technical experts and nearly 100 high skilled employees, operating in the field of science and technology.
VinaCert assessment activities in the areas of:
- Assessing quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 standards for businesses and organizations;
- Assessing quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 for the state management agencies;
- Assessing food safety management system in accordance with ISO 22000:2005, HACCP
- Assessing environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001:2004,
- Assessing occupational health and safety management system in accordance with OHSAS 18001:2007,
- Assessing product conformity assessment (Vietnam and International standards...);
- Assessing product conformity in accordance with domestic technical regulations (Vietnam technical regulations, the equivalent laws): Fertilizers, plant products; animal food products; producers’ healthy and safety conditions for animal food ;

- Assessing GlobalGAP certification in fisheries sector;
- Assessing aquaculture in accordance with ASC, MSC CoC.
VinaCert works based on international certification regulations, international accreditation forum – IAF and Vietnam Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality – Ministry of Science and Technology verified VinaCert’s capacity for each area of certification
VinaCert’s management system in certification activities was accreditedin accordance with:
- ISO/IEC 17021:2011 for quality management system assessment in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001
- ISO/TS 22003:2007 for food safety quality management system in accordance with ISO 22000:2005
- ISO/IEC Guide 65:1996 for product conformity assessment to standards and technical regulations;
- ISO/IEC 17025:2005 for products testing.
With superior capacities, VinaCert was designated to perform certifying in several distinct areas: fertilizers (by Department of Crop Production DCP), VietGAP for crops (by DCP), animal food (by Department of Livestock), food health and safety for feedings. VinaCertalso is permitted to performing imported feedings assessment. VinaCert is the certification body which was accrediated to have fertilizer testing laboratory capacity;
VinaCert’s auditor teams are qualified and trained expert in conformity assessment in accordance to international standards (ISO/IEC 19011). They have high experience in conformity assessment activities as well as other special fields, which ensures to bring more values and benefits for VinaCert customers.
